    • Take legal measures that may lead to civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.

  • Drivers are fully responsible for complying with local laws, treating passengers respectfully, and ensuring their safety.

4. User Rights & Responsibilities

  • Riders have the right to submit complaints regarding the service or drivers, which will be reviewed and addressed accordingly.

  • All users must respect each other within the platform and maintain professional and ethical conduct.
